Edwina who?

Edwina Wyatt is an Australian children’s author.

She worked as a lawyer and a high school teacher before becoming a writer of books for young readers.

Her first book  In the Evening was a Children’s Book Council of Australia Notable (Picture Book of the Year 2016) and included in the NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge. Her follow up title Together Always was also a CBCA Notable (Early Childhood Book of the Year 2017) and has been translated into several languages. 

Forthcoming titles include her debut junior fiction novel with Walker Books The Secrets of Magnolia Moon and picture books with Knopf Books for Younger Readers (Penguin Random House, New York), Walker Books and Little Hare. 

Edwina lives on the south coast of New South Wales with her husband and two children. She is represented by Lindsay Davis Auld at Writers House.
